Irecently downloaded Cod 4 Modern Warfare Remastered on PS4, expecting it to be completely dead due to its age and Warzone 2.0 being popular now. To my suprise i found it to have a highly active player base. I found matches in TDM within SECONDS. I also found matches in Domination, Hardcore TDM and Search & Destroy, but it took a bit longer SCONDARM no in pc is very active. •. Some game modes take a bit to find people but yes definitely still active. •. Get yourself a VMP and jump in. LOL. Ican still find 6-7 lobbies of BO3 on Pc easily, but that was a somewhat popular CoD on PC due to not being a total shitshow of a port. Your best bet is to play older cods on the 360, and newer cods on ps4. Whichever company holds the exclusivity rights to COD will have more players on that platform.
